ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately, we are not able to take returns on any item. We want you to love your Clemence Ellery jewelry, so please contact us directly for additional images or videos to help you finalize your purchase.
Please note: any product purchased through a different platform or retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please check individual return policies before buying.
Shipping
Orders may be placed online at www.clemenceellery.com at any time. All orders received by 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped that same business day, provided the items are in stock. Saturday delivery can be accommodated for orders placed on a Friday by 5:30pm EST, however extra fees will apply. Orders for in-stock items placed after 5:30pm EST on Friday, on Saturday or on Sunday will ship on Monday. Holiday orders will ship the next business day.
If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are typically between two and four weeks. If the item is completed before the expected delivery date, it will ship when ready. You will be notified via email when your order ships.
Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders may take longer that the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.
All international orders are subject to shipping taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees. Applicable duties, taxes and fees will be collected at the time of delivery.
We currently have a very concise list of countries that we ship to outside of the United States. If you would like to make a purchase and you do not see your country listed, please contact us at orders@clemenceellery.com and we will have a sales representative contact you for your purchase.

Product imagery may be subject to change without notice. All products are shot to show as much detail as possible, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Also, be aware every computer monitor has different settings so color and size may vary.
All total carat weight provided is estimated and can be within .05 carats of the stated weight. Carat weight for standard size rings is based on a US size.

Product Care
18k gold is naturally tarnish resistant, but can lose luster over time. To maintain shine, routinely wipe your jewelry with a very soft cloth.
To clean your jewelry, soak it in warm water with a little diluted dish soap and use a soft-bristle toothbrush to remove any dirt.
After cleaning, pat-dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Avoid abrasive cleaners. Some at-home jewelry cleaners, steamers or ultrasonic machines can do more harm than good.
To clean your jewelry, soak it in a bowl of water with a small amount of diluted dish soap. If needed, remove dirt around and behind the stone using a soft-bristle toothbrush. Place jewelry in a strainer and rinse before thoroughly drying with a soft, lint-free cloth.
For diamonds, rubies or sapphires set in gold, rinse the jewelry with a drop of ammonia added to water. Do not use ammonia on other gemstones since it can discolor and damage these materials.
